Hire Russell D. Longcore
As Your Claims Consultant

An insured loss can be a frightening event.

A car wreck can be traumatic, with both property damage and personal injuries. You could also be subject to lawsuits.

A home fire turns your world upside down, and dealing with all the issues can be overwhelming.

A tornado or hurricane is even worse than a fire. Where do you turn when all your neighbors and the community are suffering too?

When a business has a major loss, the owners have to split their time between the claim and the very survival of the business. Many businesses do not survive a major insured loss.

Peace of mind flies away during times of high stress, and few things are as stressful as an insurance claim.

So, where do you go to get your questions answered when you’re having trouble with your insurance claim?

When it comes to handling your insurance claim...whether it’s a property or casualty insurance claim...you need to have your own claim support team.

When it comes to your insurance coverage…no matter what kind of insurance…you need to have your own support team.

Once you submit an insurance claim, you become the insurance company’s adversary. You are making a financial claim against that company’s assets.

The insurance company has their claims team that will do everything in their power to minimize, delay or deny your claim. Don’t be misled by all the “fast claim settlement” ads. If you settle a claim fast, you gave them a discount whether you know it or not.

But…

WHO DO YOU HAVE ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has trained adjusters who know the insurance company’s claims process.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has trained claims examiners who are experts on reading and interpreting YOUR insurance contract.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has staff attorneys that can answer their questions if a legal issue comes up in your claim. The company will hire the best trial lawyers money can buy to defend the insurance company in court if your claim goes to trial.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has Training and Compliance experts to make sure that the claim is handled correctly, and according to the state statutes where the loss occurred.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has forensic engineers at its disposal, who will make engineering inspections and write reports for them. Those engineers are paid by the insurance company, so you can logically expect their report to favor their client...not you.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has forensic accountants at its disposal. These are accounting experts who can evaluate a complicated loss, like a luxury home or a business income loss.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has personal property replacement companies at its disposal. These companies give super low prices to insurance companies on everything from automobiles to electronics to jewelry, and everything in between. You’ll probably have to pay retail.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has salvage companies at its disposal, in order to take damaged goods and sell them, thereby recovering some of the money the insurance company paid in your claim.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

The insurance company has private investigators at its disposal. These people will perform background checks, neighborhood interviews, public records searches, even conduct surveillance of YOU at home and at work.

ANYONE LIKE THAT ON YOUR TEAM?

BUT, WHO DO YOU HAVE ON YOUR TEAM?

DO YOU EVEN HAVE A TEAM?

DO YOU THINK THAT YOU MAY BE AT A HUGE DISADVANTAGE?

Keep reading…your disadvantage is just about to disappear!!!

“OK,” you say. “I can see my huge disadvantage when I file a claim. I know I need a claims consultant of my own.”

Ask yourself these three simple questions:

1. Do I have the expertise and experience necessary to handle my own claim?

2. Is the amount of the claim going to be large enough that I could lose hundreds or even thousands of dollars without a claims consultant to guide me through the claims maze?

3. Without a claims consultant, how will I know whether the insurance company settlement is fair, and enough money to return me to my pre-loss condition?

Your answers to those three simple questions will show you what you need to do.

But here is the number one question you may ask:

“Where do I find a claims consultant who will be on my side and help me in my insurance claim?”

How do you find a claims consultant? I invite you to spend an hour searching the major search engines for every keyword imaginable. If you can find another person who does what I do, please let me know. I’d love to know about him!

What you may find are some Public Adjusters using the title “claims consultant.” But a PA doesn’t usually accept a client on an hourly basis. (Some states do require PAs to charge hourly rates rather than a percentage of the claim settlement.) But a typical PA won’t consult you on your automobile claim. A typical PA will not consult with you if your claim is small and they don’t think they will make enough money for the time they invest.

So, where do you go when your claim is too small for a PA?

Look no further...here I am!!

What about an attorney?

Personal Injury Attorneys handle claims for injured people all the time. Sometimes a personal injury attorney cannot help you because your settlement looks like it will be too small. But most PI attorneys don’t handle property losses, and they cannot tell you the insider claims strategies that I know. Finally, an attorney will want to represent you for a fee, not just advise you on how to handle your claim yourself.

So, where do you go when you need claims strategies but you don’t need an attorney?

Look no further...here I am!!

I am a nationally-renowned claims consultant. In my claims consultant practice, I assist policyholders, claimants, Public Adjusters and attorneys in the submission of claims.

I will review your claim and make recommendations for the strategies you must use in your own individual claim to resolve disputed issues and settle the claim, adding hundreds or even thousands more dollars to your claim settlements.

I will consult with you on:

- Homeowners insurance claims

- Renters insurance claims

- Automobile insurance claims

- Business insurance claims

- Purchasing insurance policies and getting quotes

If you have any questions about any aspect of an insurance claim, I will answer your questions and give you the advice you need to complete your claim with the maximum settlement you are entitled to collect.

Imagine the peace of mind you will feel knowing that you have a champion on your side, walking you through the claims process, helping you collect EVERY PENNY you are entitled to collect!

If we determine that you need assistance from an attorney or Public Adjuster, I can make recommendation of experts in your area, anywhere in North America.

If you want to get the best coverage for your money, I will customize your coverage requests so you’ll get the best quotes and the best coverage.

I Even Help Insurance Companies!!

Because of my expertise in claims adjusting, I am also able to help insurance companies in certain unusual, specialized cases. For example, I can help when a policyholder submits a wildly inflated claim for damages that exceed policy limits.

Recently, I completed a consulting project for an attorney who was representing an insurance company for a claim in which lawsuits had already been filed. The policyholder’s buildings were submerged in the New Orleans flood after Hurricane Katrina, and suffered extensive damage. However, the policyholder’s policy had sub-limits that restricted their recovery. The policyholder filed suit against the insurance company for their claim, which exceeded $16 Million. I was able to do a comprehensive analysis of the claim submitted by the policyholder and his attorney. In this incident, I was able to help the insurance company settle the claim for about $3 Million dollars. The insurance company saved over $13 Million dollars!
