Not Fair

Dear Sir,
I am a worker ,I working hard every days and can not save any money,I don't know why people They make 40 thousand dollars in 3 days so easy.....

A Man,who is the owner of a Window Tint shop He paid for someone to break in his shop on the front door at night time and call the Police come to report that In fact He's lost nothing but he claim with the insurance company someone stolen the cutting machine 20,000..........
The company has three locations.
The owner of location (2)report to police and take all the invoice from location (1) claim to the insurance company
(cutting machine...wheels...television....)
three days later he got the check 40 thousand
I went to K&L location (1) and I still see They using the cutting machine everyday ?????????
He told me (making money so easy )
is that Fair ?
